Is HardworkingPH free for workers?

Yes — creating a profile, applying for jobs, and messaging employers are always free for workers. There are no hidden fees.

How many jobs can I post for free as an employer?

Free accounts get 5 job posts. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited postings, plus access to the full worker directory, TimeProf, and contact details.

What happens if I fail a skill test?

Your application is automatically declined for that specific job. You can still apply for other jobs. Some employers set a minimum passing score — this varies per posting.

How are workers paid?

HardworkingPH does not process payroll directly. Workers save their payout details (GCash, PayPal, bank) and employers pay them through their chosen method outside the platform or through integrated gateways.

What is TimeProf?

TimeProf is the built-in time-tracking tool. Workers start a session tied to a specific job, and employers with a paid subscription can view logged hours and optional activity screenshots.

Can I use HardworkingPH if I'm based outside the Philippines?

Yes. Employers worldwide can post jobs and hire remote talent — Filipino professionals plus verified workers from any country. Workers based abroad can also use the platform for remote opportunities.
